Terms & Conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION
The stay is governed by these covenants:
1. The fee for the stay includes:
- the stay for the people agreed in the booking (max. 4);
- departure cleaning fees (euro 100.00).
The Tourist Tax, amounting to euro 5.50 per person, must also be paid in advance and applies for stays of up to 7 days.
The Tourist Tax is not due for special cases of exclusion as per the regulations of the City of Florence (https://servizi.comune.fi.it/sites/www.comune.fi.it/files/regolamento1maggio2023.pdf ), which you are invited to specify in advance of check-in.
Anything that is not expressly included in the above fee is to be understood as not included in the service offered.
2. The customer shall be entitled to withdraw from this Contract in the following ways and terms:
- a. Withdrawal no later than 14 days before the check-in date:
- Full refund of the fee paid as above.
- No penalty or additional cost will be charged. - b. In case of withdrawal beyond the fourteenth day before the check-in date there will be no refund of the fee, but the tourist tax will be refunded.
In the event of an early departure, regardless of the reasons, TYT S.r.l. shall be entitled to payment of the full amount for the entire agreed stay.
3. Withdrawal must be communicated in writing by e-mail to booking@tytweb.info.
4. The customer agrees to comply with the regulations and other instructions he/she will receive at check-in and to return the accommodation in the same state in which she/he will have received it, under penalty of damages.
5. Under the GDPR and the Privacy Code, TYT S.r.l. informs the client that it will process his/her data also by computerized means for the sole purpose of executing this contract. or further information, you may contact the Data Controller at TYT Srl.
